Mission Statement & Objectives

Mountain Summit Advisors is a specialty firm focused on mergers and acquisition of primarily healthcare technology and services firms.

Mountain Summit Advisors (MSA) was founded in 2012 by principals that have had extensive experience in the world of Healthcare IT products and services. These Healthcare senior executives have built firms organically and through acquisition. By buying and selling firms over the past 30 years, the MSA executives bring a unique operational “hands on” perspective to the marketplace.

Mountain Summits Advisors unique approach is to assist a firm to prepare for their eventual merger or acquisition. This unique consulting service in the areas of business strategy, market plan development, financial and accounting preparation, and future plan development. MSA’s goal is to help clients prepare for their merger or acquisition so they can maximize their value and their past investments.
For companies or for Private Equity Firms looking to grow through acquisition or to add to their portfolio, Mountain Summit Advisors carefully looks for firms that meet the internal strategy and build core value strength. Through the MSA senior leadership, we have the ability to understand a company’s direction and provide valuable advice, including evaluations of appropriate mergers.
